Incorrect Address / Failure to Receive / Delivery Failure
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failure to receive the package, failure to respond to the local carrier, or failure to complete any required customs or delivery procedures within the applicable timeframe, the shipment may be returned or disposed of by the carrier or customs.
In such cases, no refund or reshipment will be provided.
Delivery Notifications
For international shipments, the local carrier may contact the recipient regarding delivery or customs clearance using the contact information provided at checkout (e.g. email, SMS, or telephone).
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking, responding promptly to any communications from the local carrier, and completing any required delivery or customs procedures.

Damaged Item Notice
If your item arrives damaged, please provide clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged item. A video is appreciated, if possible.

The original manufacturer-supplied packaging (including OPP bags, boxes, tags, and other packaging materials) is considered part of the product. Returns or exchanges may be refused if the original packaging is missing, replaced, or cannot be returned in its original condition.
